FAQ
The booking process
To secure your date, a 30% non-refundable retainer with your remaining balance is due no later than 2 weeks prior to your event date.
Travel Fee?
I am based in Wollongong, NSW and Travel fee may be applicable for events outside of the Illawarra, South Coast region.
Can I extend the session on the day?
Sessions extended on the day of the event will be charged at $300 per hour.
Turn around time
You can expect to receive your images approximately 6-8 weeks following your event, with sneak peeks popping up within the next few days following.
How many images?
I do not put a cap on the number of images I capture, however, the number depends on the number of hours covered as well as the details and activities occurring throughout the day. You will receive roughly 50-100+ images per hour of coverage.
Do I have to order prints through you?
The images I deliver will be high-resolution images that downloads without watermark. This gives you the flexibility to print the images yourself. However, I can not guarantee the quality of prints purchased outside of Tale Thief Photography.
